This natural mineral oil is a great natural oil to protect your chopping board it seals the grain and prevents moisture ingress. All of my boards have had several coats but it is important to keep your new board sealed and protected by regularly applying oil over the surface, this is easily done by using a micro fibre cloth. Apply a liberal amount over the board and wipe off any excess with kitchen towel.
Mineral oil is food safe  and contains no other chemicals or additives.
